Let me say what most faculty members whisper behind closed doors but are too afraid to put in writing: Higher education is broken. And the people running it know it. I’m not talking about the students. I’m not talking about the professors who genuinely love to teach. I’m talking about the system ! The outdated, self-serving machine that has confused institutional survival with educational impact. And if we don’t disrupt it right now, artificial intelligence is going to do it
